Kenneth C. Igwe

Kenneth C. Igwe is a seasoned real estate finance expert and entrepreneur with over 20 years of industry success. As Co-Founder and Managing Director of BAKER COLLINS & CO., he has led the firm in originating over $1 billion in commercial real estate debt and equity. His background includes senior roles in top investment banking and finance firms, including Wharton Gladden and The Kalon Capital Group, as well as co-founding Brisco Capital Group. He advises clients on essential business needs such as entity structuring, debt and equity sourcing, and real estate transactions. He holds a BS in Mathematics from Morehouse College, completed the Goldman Sachs 10,000 Small Businesses program, and is a 2024 candidate for the Urban Land Institute’s Center for Leadership. Known for his strategic insight and execution skills, Kenneth connects investors with high-value real estate projects, combining financial expertise with clear communication on complex market dynamics.
